Dear Dr. Yin,

This is Cindy, the one who shares the office with your project assistant, Michael Ho.

I first of all would like to make an announcement that I am NOT willing to do this, but
the thing that Michael's being late has been bothering me for months, and I think you
should be informed about it.

Michael has been late for work for months (last year and this year). Every time when
students come and ask questions about GEPT, I really don't know how to answer
them because I am not in charge of it.

I do NOT mind helping Michael when he is not in the office, but it should be the time
when he is out for work instead of late for work.

I communicated with him about his late for work last year. Sherry gave him a bad
scolding. Even the vice president mocked at him, and he is still late.

This morning, several students came and asked for the registration forms of the GEPT
oral exam. I gave the forms to the students but I couldn't answer students' questions
about the GEPT because I am not familiar with it.

The reason I write this e-mail is not making a request that you give Michael a bad
scolding or a hard time but hoping that you can spend some time talking with him and
help him quit the addiction of being late for work.

If this e-mail offends or embarrasses you in any way, I appoligize to you sincerely.

Wish you a nice week.

Respectfully yours,
Cindy
